Institute of Technology,
Nirma University has started Cisco Networking Academy in collaboration with
Cisco Systems Inc. The Cisco CCNA Exploration curriculum provides an integrated
and comprehensive coverage of networking topics, from fundamentals to advanced
applications and services, while providing opportunities for hands-on practical
experience and soft-skills development.
After the completion of
the course, Course Completion Certificate will be issued by Cisco systems.
The academy has
started its first batch of CCNA Exploration course in January 2011. The next
batch is planned to start in July 2011.

University (FAU), USA has conducted a course on Multimedia Systems in which around 150 students
have participated from 6th semester Information Technology and Electronics and
Communication branches for a duration of 1 week(11th February 2011 to 17th
February 2011)
